Our bar comes in three different styles – the HEX, standard (18″) and XL (26″).
Handcrafted from premium heat stabilized maple wood – a process used to make precision musical instruments – our wood is a lovely wood color like warm maple syrup, with unique wood grain every bar is a natural work of art.
Every style BAR features TWO (2) rows of strong Neodymium magnets for a secure hold – both vertical or horizontal mounting is possibly thanks to the double deep magnetic lay out. We provide TWO 2″ long screws and drywall plugs, because of our strong magnets we recommend you screw the backer to your wall.
Our “slide and click’ backer hardware system is able to attach to the BAR without screws. You could attach the backer to the magnet filled wood face and then use a construction grade adhesive made for the wall material you are hanging too – but we are over-engineers so we provide big screws. The HEX uses a construction grade double stick tape because it is only intended for one or two knives.
Magnetic wall mounted 360 Knife Block™ BARs all feature our unique spirit level backer and marine grade mounting clips for a strong and stable hold. The BAR uses two rows of magnets from end to end ensure consistent grab across the entire surface – in BOTH horizontal and vertical mounting positions. We include 2x 2″ long heavy duty screws and dry wall plugs. All bars are 1.5″ deep to give space for knife handles, hands and back splashes.
