Bill & Troy handmade exceptional quality skillets and metal cooking tools in Olympia Washington.  They sell at the weekly Olympia Farmers market and you can find their work on-line at Epicurean Edge and via their direct website.  We own a 12″ skillet and it’s beautiful, after seasoning it was non-stick, retains heat and cooks evenly.  This photo does not begin to do Bill & Troy’s craft justice. I though handmade knives were cool and discovering handmade pans seriously upped my home cooking. Highly recommend.
