Judith Knife Company Store is a family-run Ashland, Kentucky shop and maker offering handmade knives, retail goods and sharpening services. Jonathan, was a maker for New West Knife Works for years where he honed his knife makes skills. In 2023 he returned to the small town he grew up in to be closer to his mom Judith,. Partnering with his wife Stasha they offer knife sharpening, custom made knifes to order and batch production knives ready to ship.
Jonathan and Stasha’s storefront also supports other makers and local craft, including a nice display 360KB walnut demo unit ready for you to come in and give it a spin.
