Available in Bamboo, American Walnut and limited edition exotic woods all milled for us by Mt. Baker Products in Bellingham and distributed by Forest Service Products in Tacoma Washington.

All woods are hand-finished in a food safe “Good Stuff” finish and can be replenished with any mineral oil.

Everything is made by Henry in our Seabeck Washington Woodshop.

Basic care: Wipe clean with a slightly damp rag, rub dry, and replenish with any food safe mineral oil.

Deep clean: give your 360KnifeBock a full re-condition to bring it back to new:

  • Hand sand with 180 or higher grit sand paper (220 is ideal).
  • Use Rubiomonocoat’s tannin remover (link) to magically erase any dark spots, another light hand sand.
  • Rub on a protective finish – we use Emmit’s Good Stuff, Howards Wood Conditioner is also good, Rubio c2Oil if you’re getting really fancy-pants. but really any mineral oil product you use to care for wood cooking equipment.
  • The more regularly you dry, clean, and oil your 360KnifeBlock the deeper the layers of protection and the better it will look.

Dry your knives. Water trapped between our metal blades and wood can cause a reaction between the wood’s metal (rusting your knives) and creating black spots where the metal reacts with the wood’s natural tannins.

In the event your block develops black spots there is an easy way to remove spots from wood thanks to a product made by Rubiomonocoat – Tannin Remover – buy black spot removed and watch video by Rubio
