Patterson Forge
Patterson Forge is a rare maker who can both handforge award winning culinary art knives and also makes a fantastic stainless steel batch production chef knife at an excellent price point. We are lucky enough to have a Patterson Forge chef knife and I find myself grabbing daily because it is sharp, light weight and made a stainless steel so it wont get spots like carbon steel. The handle is comfortable and the knife features a level of finish and detail you expect in a one-off knife but made in larger batches. Highly recommend Richard Patterson’s knives.
