San Francisco’s legendary celebrity chef Florence was gifted a 360KnifeBlock by our mutual friend and caviar farmer Micheal Passmore. We were shocked to learn that when he opened the gift he had already known about the 360KnifeBlock, from another mutual friend and knife maker Town Cutler. *Incase you didn’t know San Francisco has small town + big city vibes*
While I have not met Chef Tyler Florence (since that one time at a book signing back in 2008 in Napa’s then newly opened Ox Bow Market) he has started liking my IG posts – “Babe! Tyler Florence just liked my Reel!” – and through the Nor Cal chef social network I am told he uses the 360KnifeBlock Classic at home.
