Chef Sam discovered a passion for mixing unique dried spices during the Pandemic when his restaurant shut down. From his Coffee “Red Eye Steak Rub” – not at all too coffee-y and just delightful! – to “Mexican Corn popcorn topping” spices developed in partnership with our local Bremerton theater everything is carefully crafted for maximum flavor.
