Geoff Feder is the knife maker’s, knife maker. A blade smith legend, you’ve seen his chef knives in the hands of Julia Collins Davidson on America’s Test Kitchen, Jacques Pepin and many more, but he’s not naming names. Geoff ain’t playing either. His background a metal sculptor and chef have combined to make covetable colorful knives. Knives, folders, and the occasional pasta fork (or re-handled spatula) are forged in small batched in New York’s Hudson Valley, limited runs so don’t sleep on these deals, get ’em while they are hot, Feder Knives will sell out.
