Returns Policy

United States Purchases

Purchases from this website can be returned in 30 days, provided the product is still in working condition. When we receive your returned items we will return your payment, less shipping costs and $15 handling and re-stocking fee.

International sales are final, no returns.

Damaged in Shipping

While we don't foresee a reason for the 360 Knife Block to arrive in anything less that perfect condition, but sometimes Shi* happens. If ship happens to you... email Sara at sara@designtrifecta.com with images of the damage knife block and we will work through the claim and replacement process together.
