After moving closer to the wood mill in rural Washington state we were able to secure a limited quantity of Bubinga Pomele sheet materials and we are excited to make another round of Original 360 Knife Blocks(r) in this striking wood.
We build Bubinga in batches of 10 while supplies last.
Exotic figured African hardwood Bubinga is a statement for any kitchen. The color is red like a dark cherry wood marbled with a warm walnut wood color.
Bubinga Pomlele wood is a custom veneered on to marine grade Armorite core and milled just up the road from our woodshop in Bellingham Washington. We use custom wood veneer because it's better use of solid wood resources, more consistent grain and color, better parts yield (less wood waste) longer lasting, stronger and all around stunning looking exotic hard Bubinga Pomele wood.
